OUR CARRER PATH IS BASED ON A LEVEL SYSTEM
The assigned level is determined based on the artist’s skills set and experience. The Level System ensures that individual talent is matched with the needs of each program. A higher level indicates the ability to facilitate in a larger venue and to a more diverse audience.
Have a strong knowledge of all L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL retail and colour collections. Have a L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL image.
Experience: Min. 3 years industry with no experience as an Artists .
Responsibilities Level 1 Artists focus their content on L’Oréal Professionnel retail and Color brand Product Knowledge to help introduce the salons and stylists to our products and programs.
Opportunities Local & Regional level ( Salons and Academy)
LEVEL 1
Level 2 have a strong knowledge of all L’Oréal Professionnel retail brands and color collections. Have good facilitation and technical skills.Has attended presentation skills training. Have L’Oréal Professionnel image.
Experience: 6 Years Industry along with 3 Years as industry artists.
Responsabilities Level 2 artists are able to work with a larger, more demanding audience focusing content on brand positioning, product usage, techniques and creative classes. And will be ask to offer various program through the - EXPERT LEVEL through our Star Path career program in various expertise.
Opportunities : Local , Regional & National levels ( Salons and Academy) and trough our new digital platform ''ACCESS''
LEVEL 2
Have an increasingly strong knowledge of all L’Oréal Professionnel retail brands and color collections and is a certified trainer in each. Have strong facilitation and technical skills, are personally grounded and demonstrate good communication skills.
Experience: Min 9 Years Industry and 3 Years as industry artists.
Responsabilities Level 3 Artists have the ability to influence audiences from L’Oréal Professionnel stages and in classrooms.They are sought after for their ability to inspire stylists and influence growth in special accounts. Their content is focused on brand positioning, technical skills, creative techniques and business building. And by creating and teaching their own signature program.

LEVEL 3
Have a great knowledge of all L’Oréal Professionnel retail brands and color collections and is a certified trainer in each. Have extremely strong facilitation and technical skills, are personally grounded and demonstrate high communication skills. Experience in creating, designing and offering their own personal signature programs.
Experience: Min 10 years in the industry and 6 years as an Artists.
Responsabilities Level ambassador Artists have the ability to impact large audiences from L’Oréal Professionnel stages and in classrooms. These artists are sought after for their ability to inspire stylists and influence growth in high evel accounts, target salons and key accounts. Thei content is focused on brand positioning, technical skills, creative techniques and business building. – Creative Classes – Skilled Classes – Demonstration or Hands on
Opportunities Local, regional, national and International level (Artistic Show Performance & Academic Programs) And to collaborate wiht the marketing team on various commercial offers. Along on certain new key training developement module with the home office education dtp.
